EXHIBITION COMMEMORATING THE 60 ANNIVERSARY OF KOREA-CANADA DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS

The Korean Artist society of Canada (KASC)
 is a Toronto-Based gathering of Korean artists that has engaged in artistic activities for over 40 years.
This year we are celebrating the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Canada and the special exhibition is sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea and TD Ready Commitment.
The exhibition will be a milestone towards further exchanges in art and culture, and help foster friendship between the two countries.
The KASC will be proud to collaborate with prominent artists from Korea, aboriginal artists and young emerging artists to mark the KASC’s 32nd exhibition.
You may participate in the Hangeul workshop during the gallery hours and have an opportunity to share your own ‘ what I know’ sentences and be part of Toronto Public Art collaboration by with Kang Ik-Joong.


캐나다 한인 미술가 협회(KASC)는 40년 넘게 토론토를 기반으로 한 한국 예술가들의 모임입니다. 올해 우리는 한캐수교 60주년을 맞아 한국외교부와 TD Ready Commitment의 후원으로 특별전을 개최하였습니다.
32번째 KASC전시는 한국초청작가, 젊은 예술가 그리고 원주민 작가의 협력으로 예술과 문화의 교류와 양국간의 관계를 높이기 위한 특별전으로 준비하였습니다.
강익중 작가님의 한글 워크샵 '내가 아는것'이라는 주제로 워크샵도 진행될 예정이니 많은 분들이 참여해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.
